Yahoo Grey Listing Policies

I've been seeing a lot of problems lately with Yahoo email. It seems that their mail servers delay sending and/or receipt of legitimate messages to their users. A message recently came in and Tyson gave some insight: "Yahoo has an extremely strict (and in my opinion, asinine) spam policy to where users of a multiple domain hosting site are blacklisted.
