Vista (and what to do)

I've recently purchased the relatively new Dell M1530; a great machine aside from the trackpad. The only problem? You guessed it, what to do with Vista. Since Vista's release in late January 2007, people have been complaining. Die hard anti-mac developers and techies alike were buying Mac Book Pros and the remaining "new" users were looking for ways to downgrade back to XP. Bill Gates spent 5 years and $6 Billion for this? You’re Not Cool, Unless You’re online! - Hillary and Obama Agree.

Is the internet influencing the upcoming presidential elections? Duh! I think it's amazing how much the internet is influencing the race for the White House. Forget the out dated election buttons, the web is the way to go. Did you know Hillary has a FaceBook account? Well she does, and I'm sure Obama and McCain do too. salt lake city booming tech growth

It seems like everywhere I turn, someone is looking for a good programmer or a good designer. I've lived here all my life and have noticed a major increase in tech jobs, primarily in the field of web development. Chatting with others, I hear that we are the strongest job market in the US. That's great news for salt lake city utah, and great news for any tech folks and businesses in town. I believe it's true, we are having some major technology growth. IP Renumbering - Avoid it if You Can

I'll admit that my experience is catered to web design and graphics and not so heavy in custom programming or server management. When it comes to custom server configuration or network management, I depend on the gurus around here like Mike or John. Regardless, we all learned a lesson this week that we're going to have to pay tuition for in future months.
