"How much does a logo cost?" That's a question we hear a lot. Of course, the answer varies according to budget and design needs. But what if you are the US Government? One of the most critical areas in maximizing the efficiency of an office - especially an office in the IT industry - is the ability of it's members to be prolific in basic computer skills.
