Locking Envelopes to Events in Sony Vegas

A great feature in the Vegas video editor is the ability to use envelopes which are keyframable wireframes that allow you to adjust volume and panning of a sound clip and speed of a video clip. These are very handy unless you decide to slide your clips along the timeline. Your video and audio may move, but your envelopes stay put.
