Shad Vick - Founder/CEO

Shad Vick was raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area before attending universities in Idaho and Utah. He is the owner and founder of LunaWebs.com. He started creating web sites since the late 90s when the internet was in its infancy. As former CTO of Reverse Logistics Trends, Inc., Shad expanded the company's market share by developing two successful corporate web sites. He helped the start-up emerge as an industry leader with an international web presence.

Shad earned his B.S. in Business Managment at the University of Phoenix, SLC Campus. Prior he worked for 10 years in the credit card financial industry. He was an operations manager for Providian Financial based in San Francisco and Compucredit Corp. out of Atlanta.

John Chase - Vice President

John has a background in programming with a B.S. degree in computer science. He graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis and has a diverse background working at several advertising agencies in the past.

John has an intense background in server administration and management and is a skilled object oriented programmer.

He leads the team in business development and ensures our customer base is well taken care of from project initiation to completion.

Jeff Nicholson - Creative Director

Jeff Nicholson began working as a graphic designer while attending Oklahoma Christian University. After graduating with a bachelors degree in Advertising Design / Graphic Design, Jeff moved to Salt Lake City where he has pursued a career in graphic design and front-end web development. Since graduation Jeff has designed websites for many of the major real estate brokerages in the United States, including names like Prudential, Century 21, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams. Jeff is a self described "perpetual student"; he is always excited to learn new things, and is willing to push Web Standards every chance he gets.

Jeff leads our design team and manages front end web development projects as well as print and identity tasks. His skills in flash, xhtml/css and high end web design are a tremendous assett to the team.

Mike Vandenberghe - IT Director/Web Engineer

Mike has the ability to solve any complex problem by thinking outside the box. He likes challenges that push the envelope of web application development.

Mike has been doing professional web development since 2001. He got started with internet technology at a very young age, as the internet was still becoming the phenomenon that it is today. Mike takes a ground-up organizational approach to web application development starting with a clean and sophisticated data model, following up with a simple, easy-to-use and attractive user interface. He maintains an up-to-date knowledge of web technology trends.

After becoming proficient with Perl and PHP, the object oriented paradigm revolutionized the way he works. Focusing on recent trends like /AJAX/ and /Web 2.0 /has been enlightening. By mastering these technologies early, he has been able to create amazing sites with bleeding edge technology, and the crossover to the traditional methods he uses like PHP has been tremendously beneficial to my work.

Parker Wallman - Creative Designer

Parker has over 25 years as an art director operating and managing advertising and creative departments in both corporate and and advertising environments.

A professional since 1975, Parker offers a diverse background including corporate, real estate & hospitality advertising design and marketing & promotion.

Parker's work experience involves business operations, new business development, printing procedures, creative direction, media syndication and media buying and placement. He has been the strategic manager of art direction and design for print, publishing, radio/TV, B2B, corporate advertising, hospitality/leisure, travel and tourism, medical, real estate, and state & local government to name a few.

Lori Baca - Project Manager

Lori has a passion for keeping projects and accounts running smoothly. She ensures that timelines are communicated clearly and deadlines are met. She is extremely detail oriented and makes sure no one on the team misses a beat.

In addition to tracking timelines and deliverable, Lori trains new employees in team project processes and basic methodologies. She is one of the first points of contact when a new project starts ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

James Frasca - Open Source Developer

James is a true guru when it comes to programming - particularly developing in PHP/My SQL. James has been a programmer and student of various web and application languages for the past 15 years. In the past 5 years he has been coding in PHP using My SQL as the back end web database.

James has been instrumental in implementing packaged applications to enhance the web users experience. In particular he recently assisted the company in rolling out KEYSEM™ - their Keyword Search Engine Marketing application which allows meticulous statistical tracking of multiple domains. This tool displays visits by user, bot and other detailed analyses from an easy to use and flexible interface.

In addition, he is the sole author of SheerDEV™ a module based Content Management System that allows non-programmer users the ability to create, update and maintain web sites.

Quantal Langford - Graphic Designer/HTML Coder

Quantal is a graphic designer/ illustrator that's been freelancing for several years. He assists in the management and creation of illustration at a large newspaper agency that's read weekly in over 22,000 homes. He has helped with the redesign of several web sites and is working on various print and web projects.

Quantal has advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Quark, Corel Draw, Freehand, ImageReady, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
