LUNA'S MANAGEMENT TEAM
Shad Vick - Founder/CEO
Shad Vick was raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area before attending universities in Idaho and Utah. He started creating web sites in the late '90s when the internet was in its infancy. His passion for search engine optimization (SEO) is what initiated building a full service web and marketing agency.
Shad earned his B.S. in Business Managment at the University of Phoenix. While attending school he gained valuable automation, reporting and data mining skills while supporting various departments in the credit card financial and call center industry. After honing skills in sales at Qwest, he led successful teams in operations at San Francisco based Providian Financial and Compucredit Corp. based out of Atlanta. He is a proud father of 5, an Eagle Scout and former LDS missionary having served in Guatemala for 2 years.

After graduating with a bachelors degree in Advertising Design / Graphic Design, Jeff moved to Salt Lake City where he has pursued a career in graphic design and front-end web development. Since graduation Jeff has designed websites for many of the major real estate brokerages in the United States, including names like Prudential, Century 21, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams. Jeff is a self described "perpetual student"; he is always excited to learn new things, and is willing to push Web Standards every chance he gets.

Lara Tallman - Marketing Director
Lara, originally from Southern California, graduated from La Sierra University where she studied design and advertising communication. After a few years of agency work and consulting, Lara spent 7 years heading up the marketing department for Loma Linda University Medical Center hospitals and then developed her own successful medical and marketing companies.
Lara is a huge fan of Apple and Adobe technology, and remembers starting her career on the early Macs with tiny 6-inch screens—thankfully, today she can pursue her love of marketing and design on a much larger screen.
Two years ago Lara and her two sons relocated to Salt Lake City, where before joining LunaWebs she worked as a marketing and web design consultant. In her free time Lara manages a motorsports team based in Salt Lake and drives in the Grand-am series.
Mike Vandenberghe - IT Director/Web Engineer
Mike has the ability to solve any complex problem and feels fine being labeled a "computer geek". He likes challenges that push the envelope of web application development.
Mike has been doing professional web development since 2001. He got started with internet technology at a very young age, as the internet was still becoming the phenomenon that it is today. Mike takes a ground-up organizational approach to web application development starting with a clean and sophisticated data model, following up with a simple, easy-to-use and attractive user interface. He maintains an up-to-date knowledge of web technology trends.
After becoming proficient with Perl and PHP, the object oriented paradigm revolutionized the way he works. Focusing on recent trends like /AJAX/ and /Web 2.0/ has been enlightening. By mastering these technologies early, he has been able to create amazing sites with bleeding edge technology, and the crossover to the traditional methods he uses like PHP has been tremendously beneficial to my work.
Scott Eggleston - Multi-Media Director
Scott has always been a fan of the big screen. He grew up in a theater family and was always into acting, but switched over to film making when he saw how engaging it was to control the end result of the projects he worked on. He has always enjoyed visual storytelling and is a big fan of Alfred Hitchcock and Rod Serling (creator of the Twilight Zone).
Scott is a self taught film maker that has experience in the TV industry as well as making his own films. He studied film at the University of Utah and worked as a studio tech at Utah’s NBC affiliate KSL 5 for 12 years. Scott is a big believer in the emergence of film making and the internet. Scott has extensive experience in directing, camera operation, editing, sound recording, audio mixing, writing, producing and DVD authoring.
